    I really don't understand it. If you're really a great businessman Constantine, then how come you don't know the meaning of customer service? maybe you don't practice that in your company? Tell me the establishments you own and we'll find out for ourselves.

    You wish to meet up with the people who also complained? Let me know the time and date and let's meet up at Fitness First. I'm not afraid of anything... coz what I posted here are true... I'm not claiming to be this or that just for people to see the point of my posts. You know what's funny? Now, that you don't have anything to say about the situation, you go attacking the posters.

    We don't need to list everything that we've achieved in life and the companies that we own... We are not like you... who's just so full of it.

    And oh by the way, I also have a saying for you... "The one who says, is the one who is." HAHAHAHAHA!

    Sorry Constantine cracking or even figuring out the Cebuano mind is at best SCIENCE and ART...you must be a master of BOTH...Once you got it FIGURED...OTHER AREAS are just PEANUTS...A Lot of COMPANIES are STILL trying to FIGURE us OUT....KEEP on TRYING...

    Constantine, no matter how many companies you claim to own, or how many achievements you might say you have, everyone reading this thread would see what's really true. Don't insult these readers' intelligence.

    this thread is interesting. ive read it from start to finish. both parties have their own faults.

    im saying this as a consumer and as the business person. i may not have my own company yet but i do have some business wherein i deal with consumers.

    as a consumer: i agree its our fault if we don't read fine prints but then i dont like reading fine prints. its really painful to the eye. especially for someone like me who has very poor eyesight. besides what i dont get is why the need for fine print if you are not hiding anything. fine print for me is trying to dupe people. you could easily print these things in normal size fonts.

    as the business person: im always upfront with my clients. if the goods im selling is less than perfect then i inform them about it even if they don't ask. its not just me but my family. we give feedbacks to our clients which products are good and sellable and which ones arent. if we get complaints we compromise the best we can.

    working for a US company i've seen first hand how much they value customer service. ive seen what a good customer service can do. even if their issues arent resolved or even if their expectations or wants or even needs are not met, most of the time they can still be satified or even happy as long as they are provided with good customer service. even low price cannot compete with good customer service.

    i don't believe in customers are always right but i do believe in providing them the best service you can possibly give them.

    remember that one extremely dissatisfied customer is all it takes for all h*ll to break loose. to wreck havoc. look at what's happening right here.

    this certainly struck a cord with me since i just experienced a very bad customer service from FedEx. I won't post my rant here but if you want to know what happend. you can read it here

    constantine: im sorry to say that i find you foul. there are ways to deliver you message without resorting to name calling. direct insults does not make you a great man. that's where subtlety comes my dear. subtly insulting people is an art that you should learn. and oh if you really are a businessman then you should know how important customer service is. that it sits right beside quality of products.
