The 2011-12 Sacramento Kings started training camp Saturday – a day removed from the exciting announcement the team had re-signed sharpshooter Marcus Thornton and signed Northern California-native Chuck Hayes.
The practice featured a variety of drills and extensive scrimmaging. Following is how the three five-man teams played out.

Team Black
Tyreke Evans (13), Marcus Thornton (23), John Salmons (5), DeMarcus Cousins (15), Chuck Hayes (42).
Team White
Jimmer Fredette (7), Francisco Garcia (32), Donté Greene (20), Jason Thompson (34), J.J. Hickson (31).
Team Purple
Isaiah Thomas (22), Adrian Oliver (8 ), T.J. Honeycutt (3), Lawrence Hill (24), Hassan Whiteside (33).

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)—Jimmer Fredette shook fellow rookie Isaiah Thomas with a crossover dribble, spun back to his left and put up a pump fake that sent the defender tumbling to the ground. Fredette looked down at Thomas and swished a shot from above the free throw line that drew cheers from teammates.
