Akong gipakita ani nga project di man ang PC nor the refrigeration system, it`s how the refrigeration system made to encourage my fellow filipino refrigeration designers but sad to say murag kontento ra man sila ug install sa dili ilang hinimo (carrier, koppel, daikin, ETC) things like duty cycles of a system, refrigerant used, compressor used for a certain system, MTBF projection time, how I designed the system to have a 90% duty cycle compared to the commercial A/C`s nga 75-80% duty cycle ra, I can turn ON the system with an open window (Full FLA) @ a whole year without burning the compressor, it`s how I extract different A/C parts form different units and redesigned it to serve my purpose, im not showing a product but how the product was made ang problema wa gyuy intresado kontento ra gyud sila cgeg follow sa manufacturer`s installation manual boring na kaayo

you can patent 'world wide', dili lang pinas ra - obviously, cost more $$$.
You got 1 year to apply for "International Patent" once your idea is locally patented.....

^ maayo na for a start, dha sa Pinas ang unahon pag file ug patent. dili usa ta mag huna2x nang international patent (patent in another country)... kaning patent, usa ni sya ka dako money generator kay IP ni... kaso lang dha sa atoa, less kaayo ang mo produce man gud pud... pero, who knows... mag awas2xunya ang ma dawat sa royalty fee unya... hehehe... positive thinking... wla'y bayad ang mag dream...

by the way, ang Patent nmo sa IC design diri kay nag file mi sa US, EU ug diri sa main land China (including Macau & HK)...

kun naa'y appearance sa court, another 3.5K minimum for the lawyer's professional fee... ma naa or wala'y hearing or activity... i have a 1st hand experience on this... hehehe... but it is not related to a patent...

yup, sakto gyud na na kun ikaw ra ang inventor or innovator (this is most of the time, the correct term), not needed ang NDA pero, kun naa'y mo claim na lain labi na, mass produced na ang product, need ni'g lawyer to protect us from any law suit.

by the way, sa kani na IP ni bro KH0UJ, this is worth to be patented! bisan dha lang usa sa Pinas... dili lang ta mag huna2x anang International patent lang usa...

and to answer your statement...let me quote it... (BTW - you don't give up easily, do you?.....dili lang ta mag 'Boisterous' diri sa publiko boss.) we'll, you know the answer why gi push ni nako do you? if wala ka maka gets, you are just settling above the surface... please dig the deeper reason... we are all mature people here. kun dili mature ang atoang hina2x, we'll, dili ko maka tubag ana... and congrats on your patent diay!... anyhow, can you share to us the "main" reason why your company let you file your patent? is that reason applicable to all of us? why stop or discouraging "innovative" minds heer in istorya to move forward by filing a patent and in fact, you are one of a receiver of a patent. why? could you explain this to us bro? or, if you can't give us or give me a satisfactory response... i would assume that the "crab mentality" of Filipinos is on the works on this discussion... i can't think of any reason behind why we'll not support such a "bright idea"...

we must encourage our kababayans to do this... file a patent to safe guard their IP... DTI can assist us on this also man siguro... mag ask lang ta... dili ko suhito sa processing ani...

to disclose, I have 2 friends here (together w/ their close friends) started a manufacturing company in Bohol last year... ang isa, president nila, naa na dha's estets ron. and isa, naa pa diri's Shanghai... ang isa kay naa'y nice na idea for a "household" product. ingon sya na file-lan to nya'g patent sa Pinas... no update pa ko kay wla pa mi mag kita'g balik diri... ang isa, ang naa diha's estets, naa na sya'g nice na mga ideas pud na worth to be patented... ingon sya, file-lan nya'g patent dha w/in this year...


i really like this IP from bro KH0UJ... naa pa ni sya daghan ideas na nice... innovative mind kaayo ni sya... ganahan kaayo ni sya mag kuri2x... bisan sa sound boxes na gihimo nya, lingaw tan-awon pud... kun ang mga perfectionist, dili ganahan sa "physical" appearance, ako, ang akoang gi tan-aw kay ang idea nya gyud... grats bro KH0UJ!
