ang pinaka dali jud pagamay tiyan?? jogging jud oie.. try lang ug jogging everyday.. then imong kaun sakto2 lang gud ayaw lang pag skip sa imong meals..

Walay exercise.
I think mao gyud ni kulang nako.
stop eating junk food... eat less carbohydrates, stop eating sweets, stop drinking canned juice. drink only fresh juice minus the sugar... drink water instead.. exercise..
