the article is not really biased since it conducted a legitimate study regarding call center workers' lifestyle. Personally, i do have observed some of my call center friends who indulge in such risky behaviors. Stereotyping is but natural and just pointing out that the article is stereotyping doesn't really help. Call center companies should be required to promote a more healthier environment for call center agents. The fatigue, the stress can be overwhelming especially when their body clocks are turned upside down.
