PSE needs more correction....

When the real estate market weaken... There will be bad loans in the bank.....

You can already see offers from condo builders of lower down payments. Rent to own scheme...

Even the car market driven by uber and grab looks precarious now......

Condos do not have any upside in terms of price...

There is clearly an oversupply in the condo market... Expect prices to contract....

For now i notice, JAP stocks are strong. LIHC strong since end of october. ORE DIZ and other nickel stocks like FNI and NIKL.
Also you can check WEB which is hot right now due to the license renewal rumors. also PPC which is doing a strong trend.

Yup, you can use the default settings. It can give you good signal at yun din ang ginagamit ko.. Pero kung gusto may faster settings, you can use 5-8-3. Insert ka dalawang MACD, tas gamitin mo yung dalawang settings, compare mo kung saan ka mas comfortable.
