@karp miharby: The cloud formation actually looked like a dragon including the eyes but to enhance the effect I
1) Made the clouds more 'wispy' using Fractalius
2) Emphasized the eyes by dodging it
That's it.
Sometimes it's interesting to look up and find recognizable patterns. There are times I wish I had a camera with me all the time because there was one time a human face appeared in the clouds. Hay...
