    genes determine physiology, although maka affect sad gamay ang lifestyle. sa akong case sayon ra pag lose weight kun gusto ko. lisud ang pag gain og weight, kinahanglan ko mag regular heavy workout para pag gain pero sa pag lose bisan simple exercise mo lose ra ko dali. without exercise maintain ra akong weight.

    Well... this is good to see that,,, i think the best way for weight loss,
    is cardio exercise, like running, cycling, swimming...

    lisod... you have to motivate yourself jud.. on/off jud ko.. been trying.. ni lose na unta ko ug 10lbs and i stopped kay na busy... now i gained almost 10lbs..hahaha

    i think i need a buddy kay di jd ko ma motivate kung wa koy buddy

    lisod man jud cguro mag pa weight loss oi, pero kung kugihan jd ka with proper diet jd or careful sa mga gi eat nga food kana payts kaayo na.

    mas easier magpa gain compared to magpa loose ug weight jud. And mas daghan bawal..
    Mas ok if mag gym jud atleast 3-4 times week and
    cardio pud
    less carb and more protein diet
    lessen softdrinks and tagay, kung mahimo wala mas ok
    and kung makuha na and desired physique.. The hardest part is being consistent in maintaining it
