    it would be much better if cebu will become different territory or a economic territory just like hongkong to china...independent and it has its own governing body

    I think mao nang #1 ang cebu is because of the cebuano people themselves. Di man sa nagdiscriminate ko sa ubang filipino, pero its really a given fact na ang mga cebuano kugihan, matinabangon, relihyoso ug maabilidad. And we are lucky na geographically speaking, ok pud kaayo ug location atong isla.. Plus we have good leaders na still very dedicated sa public service...
