I've eaten at carinderias and restaurants in Pampanga - Dau, Clark and Mabalacat - and I definitely like Kapampangan cuisine. Unfortunately, for those who search and yearn for genuine Kapampangan food, CABALENS offer a watered down version of their dishes. Cabalen is a place where you may go to 2-3 times a year, but not regularly. For a taste that is somewhat similar, I would rather go to Patio Isabel, where their buffet plus halo-halo bar is only 185php.....
