Try adjacent to Carloc elementary school their are street electricians down there which can solve your problem.

@da_vinci - you can try 3in1 there in mandaue... but they're a bit expensive. Cheapest way (and more risky) is to buy it from Manila and have it shipped to Cebu... pero mag problem ka ana sa mga "kulang" nga engine sensors/parts if ever naa. And it would also help a lot in if you can provide these info to the shop you want to buy the engine from:
- generation sa 4G63 (go for 1st gen kay mas lig.on mga internals)
- naturally aspirated or turbo (response or torque)
one drawback tho is basin ma "front heavy" imong car after the swap... more understeer... so you might want to upgrade your suspension and brakes also
