Totally agree...this is in a way our own doing. Good thing that there are now a lot of organizations aiming to protect and preserve the environment...let us support them! As for the swine flue, its best to keep ourselves informed.

CDC does not recommend that people wear FACE MASKS in their workplace as a precautionary measure. face masks are merely for sick people, to prevent the virus from spreading.

instead, they ask people to go the traditional way, like hand-washing, covering coughs and refraining from "giving somebody that little kiss of greeting".

@rommel: naa bro.. Are there any medications against Swine Flu?
Yes. Only Tamiflu and Relenza are effective against Swine Flu and must be given early, within 4-5 days of illness.

How do I protect myself from Swine Flu?
Always maintain proper personal hygiene, wash hands at all times. Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing. Get vaccinated annually against human influenza.

^Tamiflu and Relenza are only good within 1-2 days of the appearance of symptoms. After that 2 day window, it's just a waste of money.
