just stayed there this weekend. the house is spacious. it has all the amenities you need and it's clean. beach is just right in front and tingko beach is just a 5-10min drive away

The Rest House includes the ff:

- 1 spacious bay view room (with one Queen size bed, the room can accommodate 3-5 persons, with CR) 2,000 pesos per day.

- 1 bedroom ( with one Queen size bed, the room can accommodate 2-4 persons, with CR) 1,700 pesos per day.

- if you want the house fully exclusive for your whole family or group, its 3, 500 pesos per day.

- 1 refrigerator ( for your beverage and food)
- 1 gas stove with tank
- kitchen ( with limited utensils)
- Dining Table (with dining ware)
- Mini Bar Counter
- Spacious Sala ( with one set of Sofa)
- Terrace Upstairs (beach view, with 1 set of Sofa)

As for the gas stove, are we going to pay for an additional fee if we are going to use it? How about the ref?
