hi..just want to say thank you for organizing my baby girl's 1st bday party last feb 6, 2010 at family park talamban..your clown host was superb and was very patient with the kids..your magician was quite entertaining..the kids enjoyed the party bouncer..the adults was pleased with the designs on the water colored painting..your staff was approachable..however, we just want to give few comments on the outcome of your decorations and the kiddie meals..
the kiddie meal package b presented to us should consists of spaghetti, macaroons, rainbow sandwich, mini burger and juice..but the outcome was burger, macaroni salad, cupcake and fried wanton? (not sure what it is) and funchum...there were no spaghetti and macaroons...the kids do not like the food..most of the packed lunches were untouched because the food inside it were very dull..in short the food were wasted..you could have informed us days before the party on the final food inside the packed luches..the only thing we remembered you asked us about is on the drinks will be served for the kids (juice or softdrinks?) we paid the right price but we are not happy with the outcome..
the decorations of the place were very minimal..i guess, me and my family expected a lot from your expertise of decorating and organizing the event (based on what you have presented on your website)...but in our case, we are not pleased with the decorations of the place...the only decorations you have done were: 8 mini plastics table that are only beautified by balloons..in front, a tarpouline with laces surrounding it..we do not know if the amount we paid is enough with what the decorations done on the place, but, you could have a least put a balloon or a colored paper around the place so that it does not look dull and dry..
with what we have experienced from you, we will be looking for another party coordinator for the upcoming wedding anniversary for our parents..

Hi there Sir/Madame. Good Day! First of all, we would like to thank you for your compliments on our clown host, magician, party bouncer and staff. We would also like to thank you for bringing up your concerns since this will help us in improving our services in future events. We would like to sincerely apologize if some of our services did not meet up with your expectations. When I read this post, I immediately confronted our staff to see what went wrong and how come the client was not satisfied. To be honest with you, most of our clients are usually happy with our services. Although sometimes there are minor negative feedbacks but not as great as this one. Generally, they are quite satisfied with our services.
I am not quite sure if the staff who handled your account clearly explained the contents of our party package. She is relatively new so I guess she wasnt able to go through the items as she should. What was delivered during the party was everything that was included in the package. As for the decorations included in the package, it was indicated that there will be 30 stick balloons and the personalized tarpaulin backdrop. The rest of the package consist the lootbags, partyhats, prizes, clownhost, etc. For some clients, they would request for more decorations just like the one in the website and this is already exclusive of the package and would entail additional charges. I guess my staff wasnt able to explain this and our apologies for this miscommunication.
As for the lunch packs, I would like to apologize for this one as well. The staff who handled your account had a miscommunication with the kitchen staff. This is actually the first time that this happened so I was quite surprised when I read your feedback regarding this matter.
