Its true, we can not blame it on human instinct to have *** as much as we can. I guess in the case here in the Philippines is that there are 2 possible causes why we kept on bloating our population:
1. People's wrong beleifs and culture: "Ma-ayo na daghan ta ug anak para dako chance nga na-ay ma datu";says the barbecue vendor who have 6 kids with no more than 2 years gap.
2. Governments weakness in putting up programs to control population explosion: China have succeeded by having a one child policy. Instead of tax exemption to 2 children and up, why not add more tax to couple who have 2 children and up.

blame it on:

1. lack of airconditioning for the masses (heat promotes erections)

2. living beside railroad tracks (every time the night train passes, couples get woken up and get horny)

3. lack of proper walls in the squatter areas (if you hear you neighbor doing it, chances are you'll get horny too)

naoversex na mga pinoy kay kung cge busy sa trabaho man gud ang mahinabo makapugong ang stress sa ***. and at the same time, sa mga tawo nga dako ang ambisyon sa kanabuni, maningkamot jud nga di sa magdaghan ug anak kay kaun sa oras na cgurado ug ang focus sa ambisyon ma divert.
