that was a very insightful article there... I guess it just depends on the person... Other people want to develop their "brains" and not just their pockets...

I'm actually there with you, money is just not enough motivation to do a job well done... it has to come from yourself knowing this can make you grow as a person and not be stagnant..

1- happiness -- kung asa ka happy, hala go ang tao, bsag walay klaro ang sweldo
2- financial status -- kung asa ang mas dako sweldo, hala go ang tao, bsag unsa pa ang trabahu-on, mo abroad as caregiver kas magdako kaysa mag-doctor sa Phil..
3- career sake -- asa mas satisfying, hala go ang tao kay unsaun nlng ang resume


ang mga call center agents kaha, asa ani nga category na belong..

ako, happy ko nga callcenter agent, okay pa ang sweldo, gkapoi nko sa akong linya pagka IE mao naa ko ngari ron.. halos naana na nako ang tanan

thanks sa post..i have no plans to work as a call center agent forever.. it's just because i love my sched..7am to 4pm(like office hours)..and the people i'm with..
and..i always take care of my health..make sure to eat on time!
