siopao sa pamahaw.. paniu-dto ug panihapon.. mao ra.. tipid kaayo..
4 times rako kay dali kaau ko mo gain ug weight...
heavy breakfast.
no lunch.
no snacks.
after-6 SUPER light dinnner![]()
3 times a day sa una
karon 2 times nalang kay mag brunch man ko...
breakfast =milk plus bread
lunch=bread/biscuits
dinner=super heavy with matching grapes.....heheh
if it's a work day, heavy bfast, no lunch (coffee ra den nap for abit), early dinner
if it's a weekend, brunch and late dinner (depende if naay lakaw)
my weird eating habits:
I eat desserts first before the main course (my family does that).
I put catsup on my monggos-drenched rice. (I know eewww ra au but lami jud sya.. childhood habit ni nako na naandan pagdako na)
On my plate, the food should be well in place, bottom is my rice, left side condiments (catsup with worcestershire sauce/mang tomas/chili sauce), right side of the plate viand... they should not touch each other or else, I won't eat wid gusto lols...
