dapat naa tay mga admin or unsa nga mag keep track sa points..dapat equal tanan ang ranking points sa sugod sa tanang players..the more the player wins a game the more points sad iya ma-ipon and kung mapreha2x na ang points sa duha ka player kay knahanglan nya i-challenge ang player above nya sa ladder in a "ranking match" para makamove-up xa sa ladder...of course naay time limit like you said nga 2 weeks ra para kung di na to mubalik nga player above nimo sa ladder nga imong gichalenge kay winner by default na to ang challenger...to promote competitiveness ba nya dili ma stagnant ang club and at the same time not being a tournament nya makaduwa ra anytime, anywhere and ang supposed "ranking match" kay sa sundays nalng para naa tanan makatan-aw...is this what you have in mind or unsa man naa sa imo mind trashcan? ^_^

ato nya i-implement ang ladder system para sa iyang level ra iya mga kaduwa ba and gradually makalearn ug makaadjust sa opponent in that level nya dili xa makalitan...^_^

and we need a president in our club, si trashcan ang pinakafit para ani nga slot...para naa tay guiding and responsible leader..and administrators kay mag elect nalng ta or i-appoint or something para mu keep track sa ranking points...^_^

nahan ko atong ladder system ni trashcan da...unsaon man ni pagsugod nato nga system bai?

Don't worry, if sobra ra ka ka beginner sa imo position, you will go down the ladder if you are easily defeated or if sobra ra ka ka maayo, eventually mo-saka ra ka sa ladder.

Initial rules kay:
1. First come first serve. Ang first to post on this thread will be the first to challenge and be challenged.
2. You can challenge up to 2 ranking levels above you.
3. We'll play 1 challenge only every Sunday, and Saturday is a special day for those unable to come sa Sunday. (This is instead of the early ruling na: any day within 2 weeks ang challenge kay considering sa members sa kani na list mora ug every Sunday gyud mi magkita).
4. Ang modaug mopuli sa level sa napildi unya ang napildi ug ang tanan below kay monaog ug 1 level.
5. New players not on this initial list can only challenge players ranked 65% and below (rank 4 to 8 ). Make sure you can defeat a player so you will get the highest rank or you will be automatically ranked at the bottommost.
6. Add more here. Please try to study this ladder system and find any faults para we can add appropriate rules na mobagay para nato.

Basta, don't just post that this ladder system is very good. Post any bati nga mahitabo using this system para ma-correctionan nato tanan any likely scenarios nga dili maayo.

Invited tanan guys and girls even if you are busy or not and even if you are a beginner or an expert.

Pen and Paper lang sa ta kay ang ropeyladder.com kay good for three months ra dayon, pabayaron na ka ug British pounds. If only ropeyladder was free, grabe gyud cya kanindot, di ba? It has very a very complicated but almost perfect system. It gives us complete members info, like scores, number of games played, missed, histories, commentaries, automatic email for every challenges, automatic forfeit if no reply to challenges, etc. Try pud kuno ug tennisengine.com kay mora ug free pud cya ug nindot. Kadto laddershack.com kay bayad diay to cya, as much as 320 dollars for 100 members.

There are many free hosting of ladder leagues. I forgot if ladderleagues.com is free but there are actually many during the one time I was searching through google. I told digitaldaywalker that I think that if we are already using the online system then that's the time we have to use the more sophisticated algorithms(computations) built-in being used by the online programs. That's why instead of points as I have suggested sa inyo, bisaya lang sa kaayo: Daog ka mas maayo, pildi ka mas banga!!! Simple computation kaayo, di ba?

We should be careful not to rely on one website only to host our ladder system because it might someday get offline or be offline for good. I've read in some forums that many have lost their ladder system, all their member's data, all their scores. Actually, everything got lost when the website died.

That's good bitaw, pero nag-agad lang ko sa willingness, capacity and capability so far sa mga ni-apil. Mao ni ako na-observed so far. We get to meet only once a week and its always on a Sunday. So basically you can challenge 1 rajud per week but 2 people might challenge you below. Maximum of 3 matches, minimum of none if the match of your challenge is forfeited and nobody wants to challenge you. Come to think of it, this is actually a check and balance in part where those who are able to play everyday doesn't mean you can easily become top ranked and those that are working with overtime and busy with other parts of their lives of which only a Sunday is hopefully available also then doesn't mean they are guaranteed to be on the bottom because they seldom play. Too many challenges on a short span of time is actually bad for the ladder system and too few and too long a span of time is also bad.

Mao gyud ni ako first suggestion. I just thought that nobody so far has played other days of the week except Sunday. That's why to simplify things and make it faster gamay, suggest na pud ko ug Sunday with Saturday as special day for those unable to play on Sundays. Dayon instead of one challenge within two weeks kay one challenge every weekend na lang.

Kinsa man imo i-challenge? Assume lang ta nga tungod wala ka sa list that means new member kunuhay ka. so you can challenge anyone from rank 4 and below (Ruling #5 kunuhay)? Ato lang i-try gyud ang ladder system bisan wala pa kaayo ta kahibalo or kasabot. I hope somebody will help us gyud. Kanang naka-try na gyud or knows somebody nga naka-try na gyud ana. I'd like to ask gyud unsa usual problems and conflicts ila na-encounter.
