i've read an article about how to relax ones busy eyes more of an exercise
look to your leftmost then rightmost (pupils only, not with head) about 5 times
up and down 5 times
then rotate counterclockwise and clockwise 5 times...oks bah?
don't try with contacts lenses on...or you'll end up with 2 pupils hehe
(but don't try to look in between your forehead..yesh...ma libat jud ka!
