i strongly agree with the last 3 points that Rhee mentioned. it would definitely be on every developer's list. at first it will start as duping / cloning... but soon once you'll get the hang of it, you'll be looking for more and then that's where the passion sink in. you'll no longer dupe or clone existing websites but more like enhancing it. adding your own flavor and make it your own... if you know what i mean.

I suggest you study drupal kung gnahan mo ug CMS. kay you can develop your own module sa drupal. pwede nimo ma change ang interface programmatically ang iyang admin page not just changing the themes/template. or any usable nga mga modules. pwde ka mo contribute dayon. im developing modules for drupal for 4 months na and still doing more. this is for advanced drupal development. by doing this sa inyong pgkat on daghan mo ug ma learn not just the concepts sa CMS but the core/framework inside the CMS.

learn the basics first.. HTML, CSS and Javascript!

mga bords! naglibog naman ang nangutana ninyo! hehehehehe ako suggestion go into the basics. tanan nga nahibaloan ninyo nagsugod sa basic. way windows kung way ms-dos, way ms-word kung way wordstar (hehehehehe). way xhtml kung way html. so learn the concepts sa html then css. but before ka mag start ask yourself kung naa bakay pasensya to learn? mao ba gyud imong gusto? kay basin osik osik ra ka sa imong time and money pero dili diay na imong gusto. you only want to know the concepts sa internet and websites but not into technical nga mo develop gyud. pangitaa asa imong heart bro...
