unit, charger and 1gig memory.. Im not sure bwt the headset and usb cable if theyre still availble..nyways Ive used this phone and never encountered any lags or hangs..S40 mni so paspas kau compared to s60..faster than n-series based on experience.. i can guarantee of its performance
