what if someone calls and they're gonna be like, "hey wazzup man this is John Doe how may i help you?".

they're too young for it too. and most likely they would be the most unprofessional bastards in the whole country with no WORK ETHICS whatsoever. believe me, i've worked with 16/17 year olds when i was in the food industry--and i'd rather they stay at home than work. they're just wasting their time. naa man gani mga tiguwang na mga unprofessional, samot na batan-on.

am not sure with other call centers but in our company we really don't hire underage for its against labor code...

hmmm... i dont think there is, they require at least 2years in college jud, and 18years old jud... mao jud na jud, wala gyud koy nakit-an nga mu hire ug below than that age, if naa man, siguro 17yr old pero kanang mag 18 na sa same year
