your not getting the point. the service they offer is not bati. its HARMFUL to our pets. my pet did not walk for 2days! he had an irritation in his privates caused by the shears at caminade. they should improve by at least sterilizing their utensils before using them.
if your buying supplies, should be ok as long as they don't have anything to do with it like repacking and such.
