i worked for several years in a call center (will be working again soon) and i can say that, health wise, its all up to the individual. there were things mentioned that are true but still it boils down on how one can battle the odds. i remember a co worker (in the call center), if he got no calls coming in yet, he was doing exercise and always dancing. u can barely see him sitting on his chair. he would talk to customers while standing and moving, somehow this is a way not to be sedentary. another co worker, would grab his shoes and will jog for about half an hour around IT park during lunch breaks. naa ra jud sa individual ug unsaon niya pag take care iyang kaugalingon, time management and healthy living is the key
right, gebalita lang gani to earlier sa ABS-CBN TV Patrol na mka cancer daw ang manarbaho sa call center.

Mas maka stress man tingali ang way trabaho ug mangita ug kwarta.
So be thankful nalang nga naa and discipline oneself to exercise and kiat sad panagsa para dili masakit.
