Bro, if you give her something that will replace the dog tag, may it be jewelry or another tag, will only put you in a bad position. Everybody has a past. They probably shared good memories together and a piece of jewelry, no matter the price, won't erase that. I suggest bro, spend your money to sweep that girl off her feet. Take her out of town, just the two of you, someplace where you haven't been to or candlelight dinner under the stars. Something that she will never forget. Replace the memories with better ones.
Giving her something like or similar to what her ex gave her is childish and labels you as an insecure guy.

It's an insult but to some degree tolerable. I dunno, if I were the guy I would tell her frankly that I don't like seeing her wearing it. Simple. If she still continue to wear it, well, she must not complain if I do it against her.

basin gipasilos lang ka brad. ang mga babaye man gud uban kay testingan una ka. kung ganahan ka dili kaayo mahal brad, naay daghan sa carbon. kung dili ka arti moadto. nanuroy mi ngadto sa akong misis. dili kaayo ko mahilig sa mga alahas pero kung ganahan ka ug mas mahal2x para sa imong mahal, pag suroy2x lang sa mall naay daghan nga jewelry shop diha. mas ganahan ko ug customized nga pagka himo kanang imong design
