Well I respect your opinion...For me the phrase, "United we stand, divided we fall" is what this nation needs.

i respect yours too. thanks. all im saying is there's nothing wrong with being independent. And that is a good sign that something is making a development and progress. this should not be understood as something that someone is going to become an enemy against the other. questions like, If Mindanao or say Cebu wants to be an independent group, will it promote solidarity between the neghboring islands or the whole philippines in general?

this is funny because when a daugther gets married, in the philippines, she ActuallY is not independent because she still has to stay in the house of her parents because she has no house of her own, she sill borrows money from her mother..and all that. But then again it's a good move that she tries to prove herself as a grown person.

This is different from someone who want to save money and build his own house first before she decides to get separated from her parents. And the separation here doesn't always mean they become enemy.

If Cebu were still a barangay today... who cares....all we care is for a small province, barangay, nation, or an institution to develop and make progress.
