minnesota are 8-18 since firing dwayne casey (which should have been their playoff ticket). minnesota management is realy a mediocre one. KG has a great chance of opting out next season, the t-wolves should now start considering a rebuilding, both in their rosters and management. they should overhaul everything
    And that includes KG himself.

chances are, there would be no KG involved in the rebuilding since he will probably look somewhere else for a greener pasture.

the t-wolves might build around rookies randy foye and craig smith in the future

Greener pasture... somehow, KG is buying his own pasture:

Kevin Garnett recently purchased a house in Orono, Minnesota for $6.45 million, according to Hennepin County property records.

"In all honesty, if he could play his (entire) career there, that's what he'd want to do. I really believe that," head coach Randy Wittman said. "Does that (purchase) surprise me? No.

"He's been there what, 10 years? Any time you're in one place 10 years, it does become a little like home, whether you call it home or not. You're there at least nine months out of the year. So you're spending the majority of your time in one place, even though he's got a place in L.A. that he might consider home. But you're spending the majority of the time in Minnesota." - www.twincities.com

    DOWN GOES BARGNANI

Andrea Bargnani will miss a substantial part of the rest of the NBA regular season after having an emergency appendectomy early this morning.

According to various Italian media reports, including the website of La Gazetta dello Sport, the 21-year-old rookie became ill after practice yesterday and had the surgery overnight at a Toronto hospital.

There is no official word from the Raptors on the surgery, or how long Bargnani will be sidelined. Recovery from an appendectomy can generally take between three weeks and a month; the NBA regular season ends April 18. - www.thestar.com

-------- Whatever the reason is, Brandon Roy is gonna run home with the ROokie of the Year trophy.

With the way things are going in Minnesota, KG is already good as gone. He hinted about moving on when asked about the situation. He just replied "Thank God for opt-outs.".

On other news, Bargnani being out for the remainder of the season, will be create a big hole on the Raptors offence, although that wasn't an issue in their win last night against the Magic. 9 to go for the Atlantic. Go Raps!
