composition needs work. try having the left side of the bridge start from one corner and let it end on the opposite corner and still have the child on the lower left "intersection" of the frame.

also, too much blue cast on the bridge, probably caused by saturating blue too much.

have you actually seen Dragan's work? if you haven't let me say that this is far from Andrzej Dragan's work.

try searching it in google.

Learn how to compose your shots and light people first and then move on to doing the Dragan effect.

this is not dragan...maybe you just followed the post processing style (but its not even close) but remember it doesnt apply to all images. dont dwell too much into photoshop (as i have noticed you always ask about it). you just bought your dslr, make good use of it. keep on shootin!
