hahay, abi nako, pasting this board's official stance on bootlegging, whether softwares for upgrading/downgrading psp, or talking about private servers would get into you. you seem to like mincing every post we make here.

i have been in 5 different types of forums, have moderated one (although short lived, hehe for motoe398 modding) my only conern is, that you private server players TONE IT DOWN (3rd time saying it now)! you are not supposed to be bringing even the word here. seen countless topics being locked only coz it referred to a link of a new private server (oops, privey diay, hehe) yet you guys openly admit it, even post the name of the server which is in direct violation of this forum's rules. for all we know, a good meaning guy who's thinking about getting retail gets swayed into not buying it coz of all the advertisement you guys are providing here.

this is not yahoo or google or whatever, since you are posting in this forum, you are supposed to abide by it's rules. if there is one thing i have learned in running a forum, posters DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS HERE! this is a privately owned board, when you clicked on the "i agree" when you signed up for this forums, you agreed to follow it's rules. in this case, to not talk about private servers. if Istorya Admin decides to post links to private servers, you still can't talk about it, since it's in their terms and conditions which you agreed. again, in forums, you and i don't enjoy the usual freedom of speech we have in the real world. Admin word is final.

lastly, it is never blizzard's fault why private servers came to be, it's stupid to say that "it's because they distribute the software for free". how else can we play if they don't distribute the client? that hole is supposed to be covered in the EULA (end user's license agreement), just in case you didn't know that, that's what you have to agree to when you launch the game right after installation. and part of the EULA, is to basically not allow private servers.

now stop justifying private servers coz there simply are none, whether it may be because you play casually, or because you can't afford it, or you simply just don't realize the difference. let this be the end of this useless talk, at least you guys learned something about forums today, right? good!

Sorry I was referring to PvP. I forgot to mention that on my post.

i do not know much about other classes than the rogue, but combat spec can actually work in PVP arena if you comp with a disc priest still. dali lang ma-kite. but grabeh burst damage.

asa ka na server bai? my friend and i are rerolling. im gonna be UD disc priest, he's gonna be a warr. maybe we can get into our server and you be the shaman para dungan ta learning process.

complete nako RFC gahapon without a single death in my PUG. although boring man diay mag healer, pero grabeh imo decision making kung magkalisod diay sa? kinsa unahon ug heal, kinsa butangan ug sheild, blah blah. haha, pero mas lingaw, mas nice ang primary utility sa PUG. akong rogue kay, pirme lang i-underestimate sa una. hehe. karon, baha baha ang "thanks" "good healing/job" "whew! taht was awesome!" hehe, KSP man gud ko.

for a novice shaman, i suggest you spec Enhancement... shamans have a low mana pool at low lvls so it is not suggested to spec Elemental at those levels... speccing Restoration will slow down greatly your leveling unless you have a permanent companion... Enhancement depend on your melee weapon and not very much on your mana...

for profession, you can take skinning and leatherworking so you can create your own armors or herbalism and alchemy for support potions and buffs from elixirs

@Shaman Class Leveling

A guildmate of mine once told me to spec Elem til you reach 40, then respec to Enhance for WF or Stormstrike kay ma 1-shot na ang mga mobs (kunuhay) . Then kung mag Outlands naka, respec back to Elem kay sakit kaayo ang mga Outland mobs. They can almost 1~2 shot you, and you'll die so much that an epic item will drop on your corpse. Well anyway, Lv18 rako sa ako shaman gkapuyan ko. ^_^

Enchance shammy makes more sense though. But you will still wait for several levels para maka DW ka.

i think i know a thing or 2 about shaman leveling since i level a shaman from 1-70 and its been my main toon for 3yrs now.... i leveled a shaman from 1-59 as enhancement, and 59-60 as resto... Spent 1 and a half years as resto the old days when shaman wer usefull for 1 thing mana tide... TBC came out respeced elemental till 68 or 69 i duno which then speced resto to hit 70... i speced resto from 69 to 70 due to
i was running 5mans and i needed to practice my uberz resto healing skillz, and was getting ready for karazhan also.. so 5mans was a good place to gear up in preparation for 10man and then 25man raids...

as a levle 70 shaman i am specced restoration due to the need of healers and a sure spot in the raiding roster.. SWP FTW?

for professions.... its really your choice some may want to go herb/alch or Mining/JC some would go eng/JC or what so ever.... As this days it is a kind of easy step to level a profession for a certain item atm, i am leveling JC for that sexy sexy necklace from SWP
