Tinuod gyud ni siya guys, I'm an ex-employee ani nga company in which I thought was a good company since they offer a very competitive salary. I took their exam which is good for 2 hours but I manage to finish it in 1 hour. I was immediately accepted, 3 days processing to be exact but my start date took a while since I was rendering a resignation from another company. At first it went well the trainings and the orientation but I already notice that they do not follow a certain process its like every employee has its own process. After the training we have been deployed and I was deployed to a very complicated yet boring team in which has a ratio of 1:2 (one project every 2 months) how boring that can be?

To make the story short, I resigned because I found the loophole and lack of ownership in the company. Even the director incapable of handling the whole department (see what happens to Western watts and Opinionology that's stupid!). So I left the company and applied for a local company for the mean time in preparation abroad. To summarize the pros and cons please refer below.

    Pros.

    1.) Competitive Salary
    2.) Meal,Transportation and Rice Allowance

    CONS
    1.) Incompetent and Poor leadership.
    2.) No Career Growth
    3.) Unhealthy working environment.
    4.) Temporary
    5.) unprofessional workers.
