For ex Feb or march paka na hire nya dali2 kag resign prev company nmo ky paghire gtagaan kag start date sa training which is 2 weeks from the hire date. Then ig abot sa date kay cancelled daw due to some reason nya gmove pag move cancelled napud nya tagaan npud lain date which is not guaranteed pjud . Akung nawng gabalik2 njud sa recruitment to update ask ku about sa job offer ky wala pa man, then niana ang in TA na papirmahon nlng ku niya sa aku gpirmahan walai nakabutang na rate ddto og job description murag contract ra yata to aku npirmahan pa then mga forms para atm ug health insurance ug para background check. Kasabot man ku sa reason nganung dugay jd ang start kay ang LOB na profiled naku nai something ongoing. Makahulat rmn jd kug up to 2 months na mgtambay .
