    it's not logical. too inward for ideal sea port trading(that's why the philippine capital city was changed from Cebu to Manila.) and not enough resources to survive on our own.

    It will be difficult in most aspects, from economics, politics and military. We are still dependent on the Philippines economically and if we are to be a separate country, we have to start from scratch, create a currency and gain recognition from the family of nations. We need diplomatic relations with the world's 200+ countries. We need to control inflation, stabilize supply of commodities, the source of which are still the Philippines and being a separate country would mean that we have to pay tariffs to the Philippines and make trade deals with other nations.

    kani o sakto ni!., bata pa kau ang cebu ue.. hehe.. we might need to include Leyte as part of the country that we wish to, since Leyte holds the large percentage of electric power supply in the whole Philippines.., pero bsan pa, kulang japon..
