Report from Alex Calda, Radyo Patrol

Remember to FORGET voting for the re-electionist Senators who voted for RA 10175:

Sen. Edgardo Angara, the very senator who authored the law. DONT VOTE FOR HIS SON.
Tito Sotto, - he was not cyber bullied, the Filipinos just told him in harsh words that he was
committing a ridiculously shameful act in the Philippine Senate floor.
Panfilo Lacson - he owed gratitude to pnoy for getting away from arrest and to make delima
    stop chasing him
Aquilino “KOKO” Pimentel III - the unforgiving person
Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos - his family need no introduction unless Filipino prove once
again to have the guinness book or records for the shortest
of memory. Why do you think they linger on to politics?
Francis Escudero - He regret voting for the bill, because he didnt review before signing
    LOREN LEGARDA
    Gregorio Honasan II
    PIA CAYETANO
    Bong Revilla Jr.
    Jinggoy Ejercito-Estrada
    Lito Lapid
    Ralph Recto
    Manny Villar

Take note, the senators who said they will review/amend the cyberLaw are re-electionists
notice how quickly they turn around due to very popular clamor against their self-serving cyberlaw they crafted. So hear this JUAN,

DO NOT be FOOLED by these politicians who voted for this law, they just proved it to the Filipino people how lousy they perform their jobs despite the high salary our taxes pay them. The law is insensitive to the people' basic rights. Just heard it from TV Patrol that it was Sotto, who added the libel provision into the law (maybe because he didnt like how the Filipino people criticized him for allegedly plagiarizing a portion of his speech ) during its deliberation on the floor, so how come the re-electionist senators didn't know about this provision then? or they are just back-pedaling now for fear of the NO VOTES.
OF COURSE FILIPINOS DO NOT VOTE!
FOR THE RE-ELECTIONIST SENATORS LISTED HERE

EDIT: copy sa yahoo article spread the word! hehe

apil ang plagiarism sa cybercrime law?
or is it online threats and defamation lang?!

^I would love to see plagiarism penalties included as a specific amendment and the online libel provision dropped. That would be sweet! The privacy concerns need addressing too, spying on people without a court order is scary stuff. The authorities could filter everybody's emails if they wanted to which is obviously not a good thing.
