hahah.. Those negative feedbacks are from people who are so bitter. I guess that's normal. People are never satisfied. If they don't get what they want..bati dayon. WHy can't they be thankful that eperformax gave them a job. I have been to other centers too but I never badmouth them. If dli mkauyon sa policies then wla man jd kai mahimo. That's life. magtukod nlng cla ug ilang own company para cla ang boss. Being self-employed is the best solution to ana na problema.

UU oi. diehard fan! sobra pman gni sa one hour extension akoa. And just in case you don't know.. that one hour extension is part of the 48hour work week.

According to Teresa, she'd rather give bonus as an incentive to the people who are new and performing than those who stayed with the company for years and just slack off or not perform at all. That's why it's called PERFORMANCE BASED COMPANY. hehehe.. and besides, there's P4P before na your base pay will increase based on your scorecard and karon naa nasad MVP na modako imo base pay if you'll perform and again..based sa scorecards.

wla man backoffice na account ang eperformax and u cannot choose which account u want. Ang eBay AU ra ang naai non-voice and swerte2x ra jd if mabutang ka ana na account. eBay NA ang grabe nag ramp ron.

hahah.. pasagdi! that's life. If dli mapromote pasanginlan kai POLITIKA sa office. If gamay ang sweldo kai wala nka hit sa metrics (SEGs) kai chaka ang company kai wlai salary increase palaban dayon sa tenure. There are just some people who are bitter. Well.. kasabot rman sad ko na ana ilang reaction. Who doesn't dream of being promoted and paid high. YOu have no one to blame but yourself..meaning.. u didn't do well sa interview. You were not able to impress the big boss.

cool ra man ang eMax. naa na pud cla program na ma increase imo salary basta mo perform lang ka. ang imo bonus mag base sa imo performance. unya dako2 na sad attendance. relax ra man pud ang environment. kung avail puede maka request ug pull out imo coach or tl for huddle and sometimes, chill2 mode.
