This is so good Master Blackhawk!!! nindot gyud nga naa kay ma-accomplish with hard work put into it... i would have picked up this sport also pero nitapol man gud ko.... its good that the sport has made you even stronger sir.... they say that when you have reached the 42K line, they say that you have become a changed man.... now i understand nga mao diay nang manghilak ang ubang successful runners to the finish the marathon...

unlucky for me coz im suffering from a Grade 3 Meniscal Tear sa akong left knee which i learned just last week. Degenerating daw so this means the injury happened a few months or even years back. na samotan lang siguro ni sa duwa duwa ug lain laing sport like badmiton-panagsa, basketball-panagsa , run-panagsa ug golf panagsa which could have twisted the left leg beyond its capacity... ayaay murag gulang na gyud si tarzan siguro sir... hinay hinay lang ko ron and off muna sa kalalaro nang ibat-ibang sports.... hinay-hinay sab sir para dili sab ka ma-injured
