We would rather take the risk that a Duterte presidency will not last 6 six years than risk a Roxas presidency that is sure to be incompetent. Duterte is not sure to die within 6 years. Yolanda none performance, among others. So many could have been saved or suffered less kung wala pa cya mamulitika. But to me personally, primarily this. Never again to Mar.

Many people perceive all the major candidates for president as trapos, corrupt and outright liars. That is why Duterte appeals to them. He seems like a breath of fresk air as he openly admits his shortcomings, is very opinionated about how he will deal with different issues and is the only candidate who is offering real change. Soma may not agree with what he stands for but most people are just fed up with the status quo are are demanding change. That is why he is leading the surveys and will most likely win the elections if cheating is minimized.

Romauldez is just playing politics here and of course, Roxas too.. If you were on the ground when Yolanda hit or even just in the immediate aftermath, you will know what I am talking about. Unforgivable is the term that comes to mind.

Roxas were already on the ground before Yolanda made the landfall. They already position themselves (together with Gazmin) for immediate help, but the problem was Mayor who did "nothing"... now you blame Roxas for this?
