hello bro please try to do a nozzle test print sa maintenance to see if all 6 colors still prints perfect, if not then do several head cleaning cycles and test print again, we convert at 2,295

if few lines are missing sa nozzle test print we can always try to check your printer by using head cleaning solution and see if ma perfect all lines prior to the conversion

you can bring in your printer for the check up, regarding the id cutter we have not tried fixing this, have new unit only
