I don't watch anime as much as I used to, but my three favorite at the moment are Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Aggretsuko, and Violet Evergarden.
The last two are on dub, and if you haven't watched either, please do! You are missing out. Go into Violet Evergarden completely blind / spoiler-free though. Sadly, I felt like I didn't enjoy Brotherhood as much because I was spoiled a good deal, haha, mostly the Nina moment (FMA fans have one joke, lmao). I watched it very late, like last year only. I only watched the first like 5 episodes of the 2003 version, and I decided not to continue it because I heard Brotherhood was closer to the manga's story. Regardless, good anime! I've still got a lot of anime to watch though! That's one of the things I'm gonna do in quarantine: catch up on those anime I never watched when I was younger, during my weeb phase, or those in general I missed. Currently the ones I have are Beastars, Bleach, Death Note, given, and Inuyasha.
