well dili mani siya parehas sa mga metro... mga sm.. nga naay ENDO.. kung ma dawat ka... ma Probationary ka... for 6 months ayos kag score.. dili ka sige absent2x.... Por sure ma regular jud ka..
ang Sup nimu mo endorse nimu ana... Either if dili ka kakuha sa score. eh extend kag gamai... if not edi out najud ka sa Q..... but I'll just tell you tenurial basis rajud na ila... attitude wise... dili lang ka sige absent.. dili ka sige buhat milagro... DILI KA IRATE AGENT... ahaha... which is dili raba ma bantayan sa uban... mag shagit na sila sa ilang customers.... prone to auto failure... subject to termination... nalang...

lol.... yah... and because of that complains.... we have work.... because mga BOGO kaau sila we have work.... you see we only have 13 million subscribers yet.... we take/receive calls raging from 30 to 40 calls a day... 45% of them.. just wants to add/purchase airtime minutes and wants to buy a phone.... and 55% of them OTA pendings...(kai ipang off man ang phone kog mag send ug codes sa phone) Cannot make and receive calls... kai naa ra d.i sa area nga wai signal.. JUST WANNA KNOW HOW TO USE THE PHONE.... (kAi wai Bino-ang BOGO jud kaau sila mo gamit ug silpon... Oltimo Pressing OK.. ANG SCREEN SA PHONE nga dili touch screen pisliton... mag lagot jud ka madugay.. haha)

imagine... 13 million palang sila... Verizon has 87.7 million subscribers... Sprint has 47 million something... thats why sprint is having 100 or calls a day....(like all sprint agents know about that) so eh compare? asa mas daghan complains ana? lol.... if nahan ka gamai queue adto sa mga desktop accounts ahy.... grabeh Idle time... yaap... they are not rich that's for sure..... so that's why less irate ang callers... because they're so dependent on you... on solving there issues.... which what I like about the account....
