if ma regular naka, usually 20 SL and 30 VL....ang imong 10VL kay pwede nimo ma enroll sa Sykes Cafe to convert it to cash on a specific date when you need it.

leaves are approved electronically aw sakto ba ang term? hahaha
you have to apply for it using a computer program (sakto?)
if it gets approved for the whole month then yes pwede

if dili maapprove and you really need it, then mapangitaan paagi

first kay bati na ug sulti ang mga prev ngwork dre and most of the HR team nga ng dala sa sykes pioneer kay naa nasa alorica

much of the alorica people now are from sykes.. mga tenured na bya like 5-6 yrs na cla sa sykes.. and as well as the hr manager from sykes naa nbalhin sad..


All ive heard from this company is that they have a very nice benefit, but now nawala na ang ng sugod sa benefit ng wonder ko what will i expect..

well, i cannot really speak for them ha...for me, ok gyud kaayo ang Sykes...again, it's my personal opinion lang....ambot lang pud kaha nila nganong namalhin pud sila...maybe they also have their own reasons...ako, I've been with sykes na for 8 years...and I'm very much happy....

Ok ra ang sykes.. I don't want a big compensation. I just want to become a regular employee and sakto ra sweldo pero relax... ^_^
