did you notice a g.i. fence enclosed in another property in Cebu Business Park? It is located right after the entrance from the mj cuenco entrance. i guess this is another high rise project. hope somebody would have info.

Group to build tourist venue on Capitol lot

The consortium that will develop the 2.7-hectare Capitol property in Banilad, Cebu City plans to implement a development that will showcase the best of Cebu.

Fifth Avenue Property Development Corp., the consortium led by Philippine Beijing Motors Corp., will bring in fresh funds to develop the property into a destination for both domestic and foreign tourists.

“This is fresh capital from abroad that will be infused into Cebu’s dynamic economy. The conceptual development of the project encourages more local capital to be invested in the retail and services sector,” said Jose Allado, vice president of Fifth Avenue Property Development Corp.
