qualfon ko work before for 1 year and 5months, it was my first job and call center experience. i would say thank you to them coz adto jud na practice akong skills. pero company wise, samokan ko. you will be cross trained sa ilang lain na account pero walay puno sa sweldo, pwerteng ka strikto sa QA nila as in kada minuto update, di magkasinabot ang update, mura kag mag OT kay naay meeting after shift pero ilang sabot ana0 kay for "the love of my job i'l stay in the ofis even without pay" hahahaha, you get free meal if you do work on rest days and OT for 4hours but for a minimum of 37 pesos, no more no less, so kida kaayo...hahahha
