new runner here. nag plano ko mag pa GAIT aron makapalit ko shoes na fit for me. suggest sa akong amigo diha sa RUNNR sa ayala, I also found A Runner's Circle sa raintree mall. I wonder if pwede ra mag pa gait analysis on these stores without buying the recommended shoes. I'm on tight budget man gud and I can only afford shoes at around 3000 pesos. If they offer me shoes that costs greater than 3000 pesos surely I can't afford it right now.

unsa nga shoes imo napalit bai? tag pila pud? plan ko mag run pud pero beginner pa jud ko, unsa man nga shoes kaha nindot for beginners nga barato?

@ecks based sa akong gait analysis bai kai stability shoes ang angay nako. naka palit ko sa ilang Brooks tag 3100 man ata to kai naka sale man. daghan ra man kag mapilian ngadto nga barato bai. pag budget lang 3000 - 3500 nindot na. naay mga high-end katong asics pero sunod nako palit kanang maayo nako mudagan. hehe
