Pero control gihapon gud atleast dili na kaau guiltu if mu kaon ug humba kay mahurot ra sa dagan.

    fish tea browout ganina, napapas tanan gi type nko..

    other ways of gaining weight is to marry and have a child...hehehe.. tan-awa kasagaran mga mama/papa, manambok..
    other ways of losing weight is to go to a hospital and put the dextrose... observe @ 2 weeks...

    bitaw, Chew your food, sip only little water while eating, drink more water 30mins /before/after eating (naturapathic doctor's way), warm drinks after meal would be a help like tea. NOT ice tea. better with no sugar. Naa ang tambal sa paet like ampalaya and dark chocolates.
    Better use/put the waist trimmer belt while eating or all the time bec it will squeeze your stomach. Once you eat, you'll feel full.. Bec if your stomach is lax, you tend to eat more or crave more bec your stomach is not satisfied yet so it signals to brain to eat more..

    Aerobics exercise first then muscle toning after..

    as we age, our metabolism slows down..

    Eat like a king in the morning, a prince at noon, and a peasant at evening...

    for pips with more budget, try fat blockers...

    my update guys..

    a few weeks ago ni sugod na gud ko ug timbang... kay nag "biggest loser" mi sa akong isa ka miga.. started at 256lbs(4-22) then ni down ko ug 248lbs(4-29) then 252 (5-5) then gahapon 247(5-12).. hopefully steady nah ang pag down for a couple of months.. I'm aiming for at most mga 2lbs. nag count na pud ko unsa ako gi eat via myfitnesspal and so far abot2x man sa goal.. mag lift ko sa morning the swim pag hapon or gabii

    Breakfast - sausage and egg with rice and coffee

    Lunch - rice, chicken, fish and brownie

    (breakfast and lunch, no choice k free sa semninar hihihi)

    Dinner - peanut butter and banana with toast and papaya slices

    Consumed 2L of water today


    Workout Log
    2 hour Latin Zumba fitness done
    2K walking in going home

    Happy camper indeed

    karon it's a protein bar from healthy options.. kato 34g of protein per bar.. (still looking for other alternatives)

    dinner
    ground beef (salt and pepper, grilled gahapon via turbo broiler)
    rice (200g)

    1602cal /day

    I lift TTH total body then swim 5-6x a week

    I wanted unta beef tanan pero ang fats, taas ra kaayo.. (mo ratio ko ug 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20%fats)

    2nd week na sa gym. yey! lol

    i hope di nako moundang na. i stopped aftr feb ky dmd jud sa sked. kulang tulog, tas work and skul pa gyd. luckily, akong sked this coming klase is pulos hapon. so makalugar jd kog exercise ani ig buntag human duty

    nindot na i.gym ron ky ala na kayoy new year resolutionists ug mga summerbois and gurls. hahaha. medyo mingaw na gamay. mas prefer nko di kayo dghan taw.
