^^
It was a great episode no doubt bout it, but again the Dana Walsh sub-plot completely drags it down. All I'm hoping for right now is for her storyline to have a huge payload in the end. Like her ex-bf, and this parole officer are actually involved with the terrorists. If they are not, then her story is BS, stupid, unnecessary, and a complete waste of screen time. I wanna see more of Jack, Chloe, and Renee dammit! Such a shame really. Katee Sackhoff played such a badass character on BSG, so why did the 24 writers had to give her such a lame one on this show? Let her do what she does best... and that is play a strong female character. Not some push-over.
Another minor thing that annoyed me this season is when Freddie Price Jr.'s character went AWOL for a while to find Dana, and the best that CTU can do to replace him is a 12yr old kid named Owen. Seriously, your no. 2 guy is a kid? CTU is a counter-terrorist agency. You'd expect their field officers would be Navy, ex-military, ex-FBI, former SWAT, or people with a lot of combat experience (like Jack and Curtis Manning). But no, all they have is Agent Owen... a kid drafted straight out of grade school.
In other news:
Rumors are circulating that Fox may cancel 24 after this season due to low ratings. Source
The good news is:
rival network NBC may pick up the show.
The bad news is:
if it still doesn't do well on the ratings with NBC, Jay Leno could replace Kiefer as Jack Bauer.

***SPOILERS ahead for those who haven't seen this season yet****
I guess I was sort of in the right track when I said Dana Walsh's storyline could be somehow related with the terrorists. I just wasn't expecting her to be the actual mole though. Anyway, she said this line on last night's episode that got me wondering...
"My instructions were to help you, not to blow my cover."
Could she be working from that same deep underground organization again that's been corrupting govt. agencies, govt officials, and what not for their own self interests? Now that this season is officially the last one for the show, maybe everything will come in full circle in the end. That all of the conspiracies since Day One are all linked together. Oh well, I can't wait.
And oh, it would be nice if we get to see our old pal Tony again for the finale.
This Season of 24 shows how experienced Jack Bauer is.
Biiiiiitiiiiiiin lang jud basta per episode na imo gna-paabot hahahaha
Waiting for 24.Season 08 Episode 15 hehehe
I've watched 14 last night wahehehehe...
wow! did I read it right 15-16? Awesome! hehehe
I love 24 since the day this series has tbeen released.. and until now I am still hooked up to this series! Owen is dead! huhuhu... I just like Dana Walsh but I can't believe it that she is one of the terrorist... waaaa... too bad... Yea she said this "My instructions were to help you, not to jeopardize my cover" grrrr... Do you think that Hassan's wife has something to do with this?
and Freddie Prince Jr, I see Tony Almedia in the making in his character... I never thought he will fit for this kind of series bcoz I only sees him a in so so romantic movies but he improves alot...
and lastly did I smell sweet romance between Jack and Renee Walker?
