How's the EB? Sorry peeps wala ko katunga. Busy ko Nag established me together with my friends ug organization. Last May 3 we had a meeting it was supposed to be pagka May 1 but na postponed to May 3.
Nikxz dayun japun ko sa shirt ha pero ok ra nimu kung inig kahuman nalang sa print ko bayad? hehe.
pics dayun...
guys kinsa ninyo diri naka suway na ug non-profit org.? kay naa unta ko ask nga question.

As far as I know, if you organize an NGO you need to get registered with the SEC. You Can buy the
SEC Registration Form for like P1000 (?). It is Proforma document containing your constitution and by laws. Just amend it nalang later.
For an NGO You need to have at least 15 Members for an Association or 11 Members/Trustees for a Foundation. Prepare your Residence Certificate kay required na for registration. Try visiting SEC.gov.ph daw bro.
