Kung dati ay tampuhan lang ang nangyayari sa pagitan ng Showbiz Central co-hosts na sina Rufa Mae Quinto at Mo Twister, this time ay grumabe na ito—sa unang pagkakataon ay isiniwalat na ni Rufa Mae ang kanyang sama ng loob sa kasamahang host. Ang mas matindi pa nito ay sa katapat at kalabang show pa nilang The Buzz nagbigay ng pahayag ang sexy actress kontra kay Mo. Bagama't hindi pinangalanan sa kanyang interview ay obvious namang si Mo ang tinutukoy niya. Na-interview si Rufa Mae ng The Buzz pagdating na pagdating niya sa Pilipinas mula sa halos isang buwang U.S. tour na kasama si Pooh. Sa naturang interview na ipinalabas kahapon, March 15, nagsalita na ang aktres sa pagkakadawit sa pangalan niya ng co-host (Mo) na ito sa hiwalayang Dr. Vicki Belo at Hayden Kho. "Ayun, ewan ko sa kanya, hindi ko naman siya friend. So, wala na akong care," matinding pahayag ni Rufa Mae. "Trabaho is trabaho. Ayoko namang mamrublema dahil lang sa kanya, di ba? Pero ganun siya talaga. Bahala na siya sa buhay niya, choice niya 'yon, di ba?" Hindi rin naitago ni Rufa Mae ang sama ng loob niya sa diumano'y pambabastos sa kanya ng co-host. "E, bastos siyang tao e, alam mo yun! E, ganun siya. E, katrabaho ko naman siya, so I'll be professional na lang siguro. And I think okay lang naman yata sa kanya yung ganun, e, medyo insensitive siya. So, siya yun, e, di ba? Gusto rin naman yata niya na ganun yung image niya. Ewan ko sa kanya!" Galit ba siya sa kasama niyang host? "Hindi rin dahil bakit ako magtatanim ng sama ng loob... magkakaroon ng feeling na hateful sa isang tao, alam mo yun, dahil sa kanya? Hindi na rin, 'no! I don't mind, I don't care. I just don't care about him. I don't like him. I like him as ano...as co-host. 'Kala ko okay naman, mabait naman siya. And mahilig naman siyang mag-sorry, maglambing after. Pero this time siguro, let's leave it at that," saad ni Rufa Mae. Ayon pa kay Rufa Mae, hindi na dapat pang binibigyang pansin kung ano ang mga sasabihin pa sa kanya ng co-host. "Masyado akong masaya. I feel so grateful, I'm so blessed. Marami pong nanood ng show namin at nakapag-U.S. tour ako. At siya, kung anuman yung ginagawa niya dito, sa sarili naming show, problema na niya 'yon, di ba? Basta ako, wala akong ginagawa sa kanya." At kung sakali itong humingi ng tawad sa kanya? "Puwede naman siyang mag-sorry. Pero hindi ko na siya gusto talaga bilang a friend. Too much na, e. Kasi ilan taon na rin kaming magkasama, walang pagbabago, e." At ang mensahe ni Rufa Mae sa kanyang co-host? "Naku, ayokong magmensahe sa kanya, 'no! Kaloka ka! Ang cheap-cheap mo!" sabi ni Rufa Mae, sabay tawa. "Hindi, ang sama lang niya. Ang sama niya! Alam mo yun, nasasamaan ako. Bahala na siya sa buhay niya." Dahil bahagi nga ang report na ito sa "P.O.V. (Points, Opinions and Violent Reactions)" segment ng The Buzz, kung saan pagkatapos maipalabas ang VTR ay nagbibigay ng comment ang mga host, narito naman ang naging opinyon nina Boy Abunda, Ruffa Gutierrez, at Kris Aquino: "Ako, kausap ko si P-Chi [Rufa Mae] kanina. Galit na galit talaga siya sa co-host niya sa show," ani Ruffa, sabay tanong kay Kris ng, "Do you like him?" "As I told you, we have no relationship. I don't have feelings, wise or otherwise," sagot ni Kris at ibinalik niya ang tanong kay Ruffa, "Ikaw?" "No, I don't really like him!" diretsang pag-amin ni Ruffa. "But I'm very good friends with his best friend, Donita [Rose]." Maigsi pero matapang naman ang naging pahayag ni Boy, na manager ni Rufa Mae. Aniya, "Ako, I stand by Peachy. I stand by my talent and friend. Yun lang ang aking masasabi." Dagdag pa ni Ruffa, "Well, anyway, he doesn't like us either. Kasi whenever he watches us, sabi ng mga PA [production assistants] ko, kasi yung PA ko pumupunta rin sa kabila, he always makes us pintas. So, I don't like him na." "Well, alangan naman magustuhan nila tayo, di ba? Pero ito na lang siguro ang masasabi ko, sila may time panoorin tayo. Tayo, wala, di ba?" may himig patutsada ni Kris. "Uy, in fairness, yung kapatid ko naman nandun. Hi, Mond [Raymond Gutierrez]!" pagbati ni Ruffa. At natapos ang segment na nagtatawanan sila.

‘You Changed My Life’ Hits P199.6 Million on its 3rd Week

It’s now official. The romantic film You Changed My Life from Star Cinema and Viva Films is now the biggest movie in Philippine history after hitting P199.63 million in 3 weeks breaking the P197 million haul of Ang Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat.

The John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo starrer topped Philippine Box-Office for the 3rd consecutive week beating the Hollywood movie Race to Witch Mountain last weekend.

You Changed My Life also registered the all-time highest one-day gross by a Pinoy movie, a whopping P27 million last March 1, 2009.

The GMA Valentine movie When I Met U, on the other hand, concluded its 5-week run with P64,281,900.

Kapamilya Deal or No Deal will end by March 27

For the past few days, there have been teasers on ABS-CBN announcing that Kris Aquino's show Kapamilya Deal or No Deal is already on its last two weeks on the air. An insider from the Kapamilya Network verified this and told PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) about the upcoming guests to be shown in this game show featuring the mysterious banker and the lovely 26K Girls.

For the March 18 episode of KDOND, Maribeth Bichara will be the celebrity player while on the March 20 episode, Jodi Sta Maria and her husband Pampi Lacson will appear on Kris's game show.

For the past few days as well, teasers for the upcoming game show Pinoy Bingo Night have been airing on television but there has been no mention of the show's host. But as early as now, web blogs are already speculating that Kris Aquino will be the host of the said show.

But since there is no official statement yet from ABS-CBN regarding this matter, viewers will have to wait and see if Kris will helm the new game show, which is said to be the Philippine franchise of National Bingo Night of the United States. As many as 402 studio contestants will be tapped each night to play Bingo for the chance to win over 2 million in cash prizes.

National Bingo Night is an American game show hosted by Ed Sanders that premiered on May 18, 2007. The show was cancelled and was later repackaged as Bingo America. It was first hosted by Patrick Duffy and by October 2008, it was helmed by Richard Karn.

Watch the final episodes of Kapamilya Deal or No Deal as it airs its last episodes until March 27, 2009 on ABS-CBN right before TV Patrol World.
