Di, kay inig implement sa Hyperwage (10x sweldo in five years) patay man ang mga local company. Ang mahabilin lang ang mga oligarch who can survive the transition ug ang mga multinational. So the homegrown coffee shop owners like Steve Benitez sa Bo's Coffee Club mag agunto sa pag suweldo sa mga tao niya, di na lang magpadayon. Unless, as Bentulan says, we hold hands. And do what, sing "Kumbaya"? Di na ra ba uso ang hand-holding karon kay (A)H1N1.

Peanuts. I'd be earning hyperwages by then, right?

I wasn't the one who said there should be a safety net in place. It was Mr. Hyperwage, Mr. Street Strategist Thads Bentulan himself. Even he could not avoid reaching the inevitable conclusion that implementing hyperwage the way he envisioned would lead to systemic shocks. Di ba foolonthehill?

Unfortunately, out of 327 pages, he devotes half to the theory, a fourth to saying how smart he is and a fourth to saying how stupid others are. Implementation, probably the single most important part of the whole brouhaha, merits--get this--ten bullet statements amounting to less than one page.

Let me repeat that: Ten bullet statements amounting to LESS THAN ONE PAGE.

    Out of 327 pages.

In other words he devoted more space to telling the world how stupid Economics PhDs are and how smart he is than telling us how Hyperwage can be realized where the rubber meets the road.

How well thought out is this theory after all? It's thought out, it's a theory.

actually im for hyperwage but i don think it should be implemented na ganun-ganun na lang as what you and mr.fool is trying to imply..

I said your arguments were shallow. I did not say you are shallow. You retorted by saying that I have a very narrow mind. How can you be so sure? You have measured my mind? Why, are you superior in intellect and what made you think so?

In any arguments, attack the idea, opinion or concept- but not the person. Also- from where I came from, I never laugh at people's ideas, concept or opinions.Limit your "ha,ha,ha" to your textmates.

    Please explain.

You're probably correct in that I didn't actually count the number of times he said how great he was and how stupid others were, but it did occupy a lot of pages.

What I did count was the amount of space he devoted to hyperwage implementation. And that is exactly what I got. Ten bullet statements in less than one page. 1.5 line spacing.
