sure ko naay mag rally ane pero thankfully, cebuanos are not violent during demonstrations, and they are unlike mobs, cebuanos are generally peaceful... and yet still, grabe ang use of taxpayers money for a 4 day event. I hope the money doesnt get into the wrong hands this time..

In turn, she will be asked about her promise to have P1 billion in government funds poured into Cebu’s efforts.

The provincial government will declare Cebu-based WT Construction the winning bidder for the first phase of the Megadome with construction to start in March.

The firm owned by William Te posted the lowest bid of P84 million for foundation works. It will be awarded the contract Wednesday, said Eduardo Jabin, Capitol administrator.

“The Cebu International Convention Center will be ready in November and we are on schedule,” Governor Garcia said Tuesday.

The new design will use pre-cast steel and concrete as foundation of the structure to speed up the timetable.

^Sa akong tan-aw, di ni mahuman on time. kung mahuman siya, dako ang posibilidad nga bati ang quality. 7 months is not enough for a project of this magnitude. wala unta ni nila gi-dali2x. tungod sa ilang pag-dali2x, na-scratch nuon ang original design ni medalla. napulihan nuon og box nga design para ma-tiwas dayon para sa summit.
