Cafe Americano (Figaro's) and Espresso Long (Dome's) both are made with equal portions of espresso and hot water.
As for coffee beans, I prefer 50%robusta and 50%arabica (highland if possible) combination. Liberica (Batangas) is also good though quite aromatic, it is somewhat thin for my taste so I prefer to add dark roast coffee beans (any variety will do) The Columbian beans being sold in Starbucks is also good.
